Based on a popular comic book series, Warrior Baek Dong Soo takes place during the Joseon Dynasty. Baek Dong Soo (played by Ji Chang Wook) and Yeo Woon (You Seung Ho) grew up as childhood friends, both prodigies in combat. But fate had it that Baek Dong Soo would become the top swordsman in the land, using his expertise in combat to serve the King. However, Yeo Woon’s abilities would go on to serve a group of clandestine assassins whose aim is to overthrow the throne. The two friends-turned-rivals are at the very center of this sprawling, raging conflict that threatens to transform the entire nation.
